Rio journey was started from LSPD with no Leo Experience he failed the interview two times After few Weeks of Learning about leo and reading all laws he manage to Join LSPD.
Then after a month of Hard work and training he got promoted to field training agent, As HC for the first time In his career he realized how easy it is to do things his way, after getting money and power in LSPD he wanted to advance his stage in SAHP.
After two successful months he gains everyone's trust and get Promotion from the Deputy Director of FTO (DHOD) a very strong and serious position in SAHP.
After a month Rio feels invincible and wants to go back to where he started. Then he decided that to gain more experience in other fields to discover about more organization.
Then got an offer from NG, He took the offer. Then after learning all the skills in NG he meet an Fib corrupt officer and that person told him how he can easily earn more money as a corrupt COP, after that he think about that, he can also be corrupt officer for the easy money.
Outcomes:
1- Rio can take bribes (Limited to 100k value (including guns).
2- Rio let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also help them in escaping.
