1. I would like to be leader ems due to me being very passionate about my work and I know how difficult it is to be the ems leader, I would love for it to have me as a leader due to me being extremely passionate about the changes I want to make.
2. I always felt that there was something wrong with ems and how inactive it usually is. I want to make the ems look better than it does currently, I would like to make it so much better than it currently is and would like to be able to change things instead of only having the ideas to change things. I was in ems for a while and realised how it’s not as good as it could be, if picked, I’ll make the ems better. I come from many saying that everywhere in the city, there are barely any active ambulences roaming around giving people medical attention. I would want to improve that to make it so much better and to make sure people can have a better experience when it comes to giving out medical attention. I would also like to help more help people out and I would like to show people that ems is more important than people make it out to be. Ems should look like an important organisation and not only for helping people medically. I originally started in this city joining the government and then ems for a while, i felt ems was lacking a lot of stuff rp wise and generally so I want to become the leader so I can make those changes a reality.
3. I would like to provide a better understanding to what RP the ems expects, I would want the understanding to be so much better and that people will realise the ems isn’t just some “emergency service”. I would like to continue focusing on how inactive the city can be in terms of ambulences.
4. My goals in the organisation are to make us look stronger and better equipped, I feel passionate about making the ems a better place and I would like to improve the work environment so everyone will get along with one another and will never fight with each other. I would love to make ems a better place so citizens will be happy to pop up and get help from our workers and to have a nice experience while being inside of the building. I would also finally like to make it so we have more staff on duty at all times, mainly wanting around 5-10 ambulences on duty at a time and 3 people per hospital, so people can have medical attention much faster and whenever events pop up, they can make sure everyone gets an equal amount of pay. Finally, I would like to give out bonuses a lot more than previous leaders so people can be happy to work more and can strive to work harder for higher amounts of pay and it’ll make a lot more people want to join due to knowing that they can make a somewhat decent amount of money working there.
