2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- A huge reason for wanting this specific Organization is my love for Mexican (Cholo) Gang Culture. I've always done Mexican Style Roleplay and groups like Marabunta and Vagos perfectly fit the type of Roleplay I love to do.
- Another reason I would like to be the leader is this would be a return home for me. Vagos was actually the first gang I ever joined on this server and I would love the opportunity to lead this organization. I feel as though for the longest time, Vagos has been kind of a B or C tier gang on the server. Everyone's last look. I'd like to change the status of the Vagos and make it the gang to be in.
- I've never been a leader of a gang on this server. I've been in high command of several gangs and families. Worked hand and hand with different leaders of almost every organization on the server. I believe that if given an opportunity I can truly show just how capable I am of leading a gang successfully and at a high level for as long as I can.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I'd like to see more groups doing more RP events. Everyone just goes to Clandestine, Battleship and stuff like that. But I feel like no one shows good RP within their organizations. There are so many events, ceremonies and other things people could be doing and I would like to bring some of that to the server.
