Life story:
Struggling in a low paying job and living a poor maxx has always wanted to live comfortably, maxx always had problems with getting good grades which led him to get low paying jobs that could not satisfy his needs. Abused by his parents for being worthless and useless maxx had lost all ambition and motivation to work further making him slop his work day by day only becoming less productive everyday. He realised he needed a change to get back his parents respect and to ensure that he lives a comfortable life no matter what. This pushed maxx to his heights which were the limits of his imagination.
Career story:
Working cheap jobs that didn’t pay maxx well he decided to try joining the force where he could gain respect on his family name as well as for his parents. Although pay wasn’t great, he continued working there diligently. As working as a junior state officer in LSPD he noticed one of his mentors taking bribes from a drug dealer and letting him go in order to make money and contacts in the underworlds, this sparked enthusiasm within him and pushes him to try the out of the rule book stunts to get his hands on some good money that would satisfy his needs, maxx started small. From low level briberies slowly taking it to next levels as he climbed his ranks in LSPD. Maxx was never caught and this made his continue his this devil work more and more. This fueled his excitement which lead him to be fully corrupt in a place considered safe for all citizens. Maxx has many more opportunities that he wishes to seize.
Outcomes:
1. Maxx Specterr take bribes (up to $100,000 and also ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
2. Maxx Specterr break IC law including: CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention. (he must keep in mind the OOC consequences.) and able to use his position in LSPD.
3. Maxx Specterr try to search for a bodycam ( /try searches for bodycam x2 ) and can break it for his safety ( /do breaks bodycam )
4. Maxx Specterr take contracts or start prison breaks due to his mental issues. ( with Darknet task or using USB )
5. Maxx Specterr deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
6. Maxx Specterr engage in any criminal activity such as go for the ghetto clap, robbing, pickpocketing, buy/sell guns from black market, or use illegal stuff (no ORG weapons included).
7. Maxx Specterr add or remove people in wanted list , and also he can give fines and arrest someone for fake charges IF he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
8. Maxx Specterrhelp his friends and family members or some foreigners to get released by removing wanted list, helping them escape or detaining the arresting officer to let them go. ( Proper RP not fully arresting another member of state organization ).
9. Maxx Specterr be frighten and disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
10. Maxx Specterr cuff, torture and break bodycam of other LEOs to save his career, his friends, family members or to save some foreigners that he feels sad for them. ( No targeting or PG)
