Rejected FL in CC + OOC Insult | 361974

hello dear Administrators its me ITz_Alif. Im doing this report on behalf of my family member Muhit_Negotiator cuz he is currently temporarily forum banned. in those ss you can see a random guy with ID:361974 is doing FL in CC against me ( Btw it was bengali language ) many times and those FL was ooc insult against me and one of my family member Tawfiq_Vercetti. i would kindly request any admin who knows bengali language to review my report.
