As you can see there are some mass violation of rule which can cause him ban

1.) if you are indian you can hear in background that someone said "Maine cocaine ka cheats lagya tha vo mere se phele kisiko milega toh nahi na" Where he is refering to illegeal redux which is used to find resources.

2.) His discord overlay is not getting recorded

3.) Probably aimbot

So basically that "cocaine" cheats means he is using a redux which gives him a advantage to find Resources. Which is totally illegeal in GRP and player can be banned permanently. Here this guy is kind of helping that guy as he is not reporting these things to admins
