- Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- Prior to running for leadership of this organization, I was 3 Times leader in the LSPD and a member of the High Command in EMS and other organizations. I effectively handled the duties and responsibilities of leadership, and I look forward to bringing that experience to the NG leader position. My aspiration is to assist and guide people while improving RP, all in the context of maintaining a healthy and respectful environment for all.
- When I lead NG, we will work with other organizations together to better strengthen and build the community. My goal is for NG to be more than just an organization alone – it will be a sense of camaraderie and unity. I will work to ensure that it is an open and entertaining environment where everyone feels able to be social and get along with others.
- My family, friends, and I possess a wealth of experience that we bring to this position, along with many former members of the state High Command and former NG High Command officers. I will create an unprecedented level of activity within NG, making it a highly disciplined and active force. Toxicity will not be tolerated in our units. I will strive to create an environment where people can have fun roleplaying, interact with each other, and enjoy maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and collaboration.
- Advice for improving Roleplay in the National Guard:
- Leadership Team Selection: I will carefully select a strong, reliable, and competent senior officer. Because they are responsible for helping run the organization alongside the leader and deputies, having reliable people will reduce conflict and keep things organized.
- Routine Training Drills: Twice a week, we will conduct practice drills to work on shooting, barricade placement, and other critical skills. Special emphasis will be placed on procedures that are likely unclear to new players, such as placing spikes on the north and south gates.
- Active Supervision: My deputy and I will actively supervise all Soldier and department activities for seamless operation and immediately correct any issues that arise.
- High Quality Training Program: I will compile a highly trained human resources department to offer the best training for all Soldiers and fully equip them for any type of situation.
- Weekly Promotion Ceremonies: To improve morale and recognize commitment, we will have promotion ceremonies every week. I will personally review each Soldier's records to ensure that promotions are based on merit and performance.
- High Command Task Assignments: To provide experienced leadership at all times in critical situations, I will establish a formal task list for high command members to ensure that there is always someone with experience available to lead.
