Life Story:​

Charles Steven Haines a.k.a Steve Haines, was born in the year of 1 in a middle class family in San Fierro, California. His father Dr. Matthew Henry Haines was a great scientist who worked for US Government and known for creating Super Soldier Serum for American soldiers in Cold War to win against Russian army. His mother Amanda Haines was an actress in TV shows. In his early life Steve was a brilliant student and was always engaged with studies and learning new things. His father usually not home for his job and his mother was in movie set for shooting work. Steve's father always wanted his son to be an army personnel so he convinced Steveto get his basic army training when he was 14 . One day Steve came back home from his training early and saw a military convoy was heading to their house. It was the IAA who ordered to capture his dad Dr. Matthew Henry Haines to interrogate him because his Super Soldier Formula was leaked in Russian Hands. But unfortunately Dr. Matthew was not at home that day so those agents captured his mom and took her to IAA headquaters. Steve was watching everything from a safe distance. After that day his father came back from work and Steve told him everything he saw. Then Matthew immediatly rushed to the IAA building and next day in Lifeinvader news Steve saw his dad was shot dead by IAA and his mom is still under their custody. Then Steve went back to the Army for 10 years and came back being a Major General to take revenge on corrupt IAA about for his family they butchered in cold blood. Steven learned that corruption exists which he never saw before, and just experienced brutality.

Career Story:​

Steve Haines joined San Andreas National Guard (SANG) as a Private and day by day he gained very much army experience and became Field Marshal of SASD Department at Lago Fort Zancudo Military Base. Being a great army personnel he fights for his country with honor and he gives blood to protect the Fort Zancudo. But somewhere in his mind bloodlust got him at his very young age when he saw his dad got brutally murdered by IAA and his mother not returning home. One day in a covert mission while Steve was taking gunshots from his enemies, Steve got savage that he took 12 enemies down by himself. Then Steve remember how his father got murdered by IAA agents and now he realised that same thing would happened to his mom and he's feeling angry to take revenge on them and his bloodlust addiction went up day by day. Steve even started killing Strangers in ghetto area just for fun by illegal weapons or by bare hands and hies heir body to avoid getting caught.
