Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation}
-I want to be the leader of the Ballas because I was leader few months ago and we did 2 terms me and Tosan. Maybe we are planning to do the same and take two terms and do 200% once again. We have really good turf team with perfect chemistry, we will play turf clean with minimum rule breaks. In addition I have the perfect deputies for events so we will be very strong and active in events and the ghetto.
- I want to improve my leader skills, I was good leader and I learned from my past leadership some mistakes and now I want to try again.
- I have deputies like I said, they are ready for the term. we will make Ballas strongest in ghetto clapping and events, my deputy will be active in different time zones of the server.
Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization:
-We will make unique hostage situations in new locations against leos.
- I will try to communicate and be friendly with other gang leaders to make good RP situations
- I will help newbies and teach them the ghetto rules and some general rules, if they are serious and want to make good role play then we will give them chance.
- The activity in the ghetto will be very strong, we will make Ballas control the ghetto.
- We will follow the activity of the members and we will give promotions and ranks to people who deserve it. No toxicity in the gang
