Akira Toriyamaa was born in Multan, Pakistan, into a family where the paths of parents did never meet his whole life. His father was a known personality in a small town, willing to recommend to his son that he achieve real decent status in society. Fate would have him down the whole of his life when he just started to go to school: his mother died in a car accident. This tragic loss was a real game-changer in the life of Akira Toriyamaa as he was very inspired to live the life helping everyone in his mother's name. Young as he was, in 2015, Akira decided to work in the medical field in Los Santos. However, if nothing else, his youthful enthusiastic character wrapped the decision on paper. For his extraordinary performance, he was subsequently offered a permanent position for a paramedic by the Chief, Emily Wilson. Akira's commitment and grit took him step by-step along the career ladder, eventually landing him in the respected High Command position in the organization.
Undoubtedly there were many hurdles in his ways, including bitterness directed toward him through certain colleagues, ridicule, and disrespect; however, the one thing that remained constant through it all was his resolve serving the community of Los Santos.
Akira's life was altered once again when he was assigned to a paramedic team in a gang-controlled area of the city. In the eyes of Akira, this new landscape offered an insight into the dark underbelly of Los Santos. It is in this atmosphere that Akira sought the counsel of a long-time friend, Yahia "BigGhost" Jamal. Yahia had recommended Akira to keep working as a paramedic on the day shift while running with the criminals on nights and weekends.
Further rounds of consultation with Yahia led Akira in the direction of their fathers, who would then introduce him to various prominent local criminal figures.
