I want to report an issue regarding my recent experience at EMS, as well as how the complaint against me was handled unfairly by the administration.
A few days ago, I went to EMS and requested a medkit. The person at the counter refused to provide it. I asked again, thinking maybe they didn’t hear me, but they still denied my request and seemed completely uncooperative. I got frustrated because EMS is supposed to assist players, and their job is to provide medical support. I told them to hurry up and do their job properly since I needed a medkit at that moment.
Later, I found out that this same person filed a complaint against me on the forum—not just once, but twice. They used two different accounts to submit two separate complaints for the same situation, which should not be allowed. The biggest issue is that the admin handling the case responded to both complaints instead of merging them or addressing only one, as per the rules. This made it look like there were multiple reports against me for different incidents, when in reality, it was the same event being misrepresented.
Additionally, the POV (proof of view) provided in the complaint was incomplete. The video submitted was only 12 seconds long, which is not enough to justify any proper action against me. According to the rules, an admin cannot take action based on an incomplete or insufficient POV, yet they still went ahead with a decision. The fact that they considered such an incomplete clip as valid evidence is highly unfair.
On top of that, the EMS player falsely accused me of using slang or offensive language, which I never did. This is a completely baseless claim, and there is no actual proof of me saying anything inappropriate. I find it extremely unfair that I was punished based on false accusations without proper evidence.
I strongly believe that this situation was mishandled by the admin, and I formally request a full review of the entire case. The punishment I received is completely unjustified due to the duplicate complaints, the acceptance of insufficient proof, and the false claims made against me. I request that this issue be properly investigated and that fair action be taken.
