This guy is making up laws on the go because he really wants to put me behind bars.
The rules say if you are not provided a lawyer in 25 minutes, after you requested one, you need to be released. Regardless if there is no lawyers on the server. There should always be one, but since there is not, the law is to release us because it's not possible to facilitate this at all times.
He arrested me for "harassment". Harassment is something you do repeatedly and constantly (according to definition "aggressive pressure or intimidation"). I called him a bitch 1 time and he arrested me straight away.
In addition,
he is also denying the 1st amendment and the freedom of speech, since this game RP is located in USA. You can say to a cop anything you want. If he is antagonizing than "harassment" what he calls it, does not apply. He was harassing me by imposing his imagined laws. But I can't arrest him and he can arrest me, therefore, its PG and I have to come here to resolve this.
What happened:
1st he didn't call the lawyer (he only said he did), then he put me in the cell, then after his feelings got hurt he put me in solitary cell. This is PG.
He had no grounds to ask me for anything as I wasn't breaking any law by protesting peacefully, but he really wanted to show his power.
He previously arrested the guy, as you can see in the video, then he was out real quick as he provided him with no lawyer = PG again.
Part of them is just plainly metagaming by searching ID's over our heads, as that was something that exists in real life or RP, as you can see in the video. This is really bad, because I actually RP a Spanish taxi driver and they just pretend to be though guys and extensions of their real life.
