- I want to lead LSPD Because, i have a different passion and excitement for LEOs, from the starting of my journey in city, I have been in LEOs, and due to my past experience in leading events, i think i can lead events in my term very well and smoothly avoiding rulebreaks.
- I want to make LSPD the best and most active organization, For this my family will support me, and I promise you I will be the best and most active leader, and you guys won't face any problems of inactive or low events, we will attend all events with max numbers.
- I want to provide the new players, the training and knowledge to become a police officer, I will make a very good HR Team, which will provide training to the new officers, whenever they request, and I will personally ensure that my organization members have knowledge of server rules, also I will make a good team of every department, which will ensure smooth flow of my organization.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Promotion ceremony every weekend for hard working officers, so they can also get promoted because of their work.
- A good bonus system to ensure that the officers are also earning their living while working.
- A very good SWAT Team, so we dont miss any events and ensure max numbers in events.
- A good detective team also to gather evidences, which will help FIB.
- No toxicity or conflicts will be tolerated.
- People will be given rank fairly based on their work.
