As you can see in the POV, me and my friend (Stranger 185101) were about to play in Arena where this Guy (Stranger 101028) showed up from no where and asked me to play with him, I typed no in chat and my friend asked if he could join instead of me. The guy (Stranger 101028) insulted his accent and violated GR 3.1 with many indirect insults. He also violated GR 6.19 in many instances in the same situation. There are many unregistered N-word slurs he used before the recording of POV. As in the timestamp (1:30) he mentions that he’s not afraid about punishment and from EN3 server. It clearly exposes that he’s not afraid about RP rules and don’t care if violating them. He also did pure racism in (2:50-3:00) when he asked other guy how to say “Fuck you an Indian” and he confirms it by saying yes 3 times when the other guy repeats the phrase. I cropped the recording because the full POV is too length and can be submitted on request. Another instance (5:10). I also admit that I might have violated the rules anywhere in the Situation without conscious.
