The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
Secret valentine event
Emergency services Hosts a secret "Valentine Event"
The players will be asked to find their secret valentine from one of our medic who will be driving around the city in valentine themed ambulances .
Twist :
{Secret staff will be riding around the city with other fellow medics }
(The players will be asked to search the right medic)
(After the discovery of the right medic,the players will be given certain tasks)
(The clues will be given through radio)

Role of Each Organization Involved: EMS ( One person )
Other organizations involved: No (if they wanted as a citizen they can)
Vehicles/weapons needed: A lot of EMS Ambulance
Admin Requirements: Provide required Vehicles and Teleport players.
Rules of the event: Forbidden to killing Forbidden to metagaming Forbidden to CR.
How is the event won?
When find the main person then win.
Prize for the winner:
The first player to find the right person will be rewarded with $200,000
