Dear Admin,
As a Bad cop i am doing my work but.
He failed to follow the RP during an ongoing RP situation. After I uncuffed him following some argument, I told him to just give me 10k, and he would be free to go. However, as soon as I uncuffed him, he ran off and also committed combat logging (CL).

ID 189737 will receive punishment for CL
(As seen in the POV ID 189737 did CL at 00:52 but no Fail RP found in the evidence)
