Hello dear admin I got banned for Event Rule 1.7, which requires all participants to record their POV and retain it for 48 hours. Unfortunately, due to technical issues with my recording software, my POV was not recorded. I sincerely apologize for this rule violation, as it was unintentional. I would like to request a reconsideration of the ban duration. My account history has been clear, and I have not received any prior bans. I deeply respect the event rules and will ensure this does not happen again. Thank you for your time and support. I appreciate your consideration.
