I would like to apply as an administrator for Grand EN1.

Additional information
1. Why do you want to become an Assistant admin ?
I have already spent many hours as a player on Grand (DE1, DE3 & and am now on EN1). I have already had the opportunity to meet many different personalities and was already an administrator on DE1. I enjoyed working as an administrator and now I want to do this work again on the English server. As an admin I want to provide fast and good support and show Grand at its best.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
Up until now I was only a civilian on EN1. On the German server I was already in various official and unofficial factions:
- High Command LSPD
- High Command NG
- High Command GOV
- Vagos Leadership
- MG13 High Command
- and a lot more...
- Various families
3. What are your strengths?
My strengths include my cheerful and good-humored nature. Also my very good knowledge of the rules and the experience I have already gained as a Grand Admin. I am also a very honest and friendly person. I also hold various other high positions on other servers in which I have been able to learn a lot (management, PR manager, deputy chief admin, normal admin).
4. What are your weaknesses?
My weaknesses include my pushiness and my impatient nature.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by Being Assistant ?
As I mentioned, I have several years of administrative experience on other projects. I can use all this knowledge to support your current team. Of course, as I mentioned, I was on Grand Admin and therefore know the systems. I can interact well with players with my calm and friendly manner and present a professional image. I have the ability to always be impartial and make decisions without bias. I can also use my real-life experience, which is where I am currently studying.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
No.
8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
I am very aware that it must seem strange to you that I am applying to join your team with a player level 2 (EN1). However, this is only my level on EN1 and I have spent countless hours on DE1 & DE3. That is why I ask you to take this into consideration and give me a chance to explain myself in more detail in an oral interview. Of course, you are also wondering why I am now switching to the English community. Well, I really like how many people from different places in the world meet on the English Grand Server. I like the friendly and cheerful nature of the players in the English area. Since I speak fluent English, I would like to take this opportunity to apply to be part of your team.
