Rejected Authenticator codes I For Lebron

I have just got unbanned recently on account 24643
The account was banned for about 2 years i think and after that long time i got the unban happy to finally start playing again and i log into the account and see i need the auth code. I check my auth app and i see the code for the account isnt there.
I just wanna ask if its possible to remove the authentificator from the account so i can play again
