Admin Tony Blank has once again issued an unfair ban against me. This is the second time he has wrongfully banned me, proving that he is either completely incompetent or enforcing rules based on his own personal bias.
This time, I received a 1-day ban for a supposed OOC insult, but I never actually insulted anyone out of character. The rule clearly states: "Insulting of the person (OOC) is strictly prohibited | Mute 180 minutes or ban up to 7 days." However, my words were strictly within roleplay. The situation was as follows: a player told me to get out of the car, and I responded, "Nereye ineyim, beni mi soyacan amınakoyim?" This was clearly an in-character reaction, not an OOC insult. Despite this, I was banned.
Additionally, when I attempted to appeal on the forum, the response I received was "FL cannot be reviewed for appeal. Never use FL in-game." However, I did not even commit an FL violation. This only confirms that the admin handling my case has no understanding of the rules and is making baseless decisions.
First, I demand an explanation for why Tony Blank is allowed to keep issuing unfair bans despite not knowing the rules or abusing his power. Second, if this appeal is rejected, I expect a clear and detailed reason for why it was denied.
