Life Story:
Harvey was born in Bayburt, Turkiye. His parents were expecting a baby girl, but Harvey destroyed their plans. Because of this, Harvey has never connected with his family
and felt any emotion for them.
During his college years, he always spent his summer vacations working odd jobs, saving every penny to move to Los Santos and build his own life. When he graduated from university at the age of 21, he finally had enough money to move, but he just wanted to give his family one last chance. After 2 years, he finally made his final decision and came to Los Santos.
In a foreign country, and alone, Harvey tried to find a good job, but it is always harder for an outlander. After working as a cook for 2 years, he found an opportunity to join LSPD and become a law enforcement officer. He passed the training and started patrolling the city. He was robbed , and taken as hostage many times. These situations allowed Harvey to get contacts in the underworld. When he saw the luxury life in the underworld, it opened the corruption journey of Harvey.
Career Story:
After a year in LSPD, Harvey proved his dedication to the work, and became a high command. However, one of his friend moved to SAHP, and Harvey also decided to join SAHP as well. He gained a lot of experience in dealing with the criminals, and built strong connections with his fellow officers.
When he gained enough experience to join the FIB. He seized the opportunity and became an agent. His skills including attention to detail, leadership, and his vast experience helped Harvey earn a spot in the Special Forces. Through his dedication and professionalism, Harvey steadily rose through the ranks, ultimately reaching a high command position within the FIB. With his role in the agency, Harvey gained access to powerful criminals in the underworld who began to pull him deeper into the world of corruption.
After all this experience, Harvey finally joined NG, where he could build relationships with the underworld in secret, as he was one of the highest commands in the group. While Harvey worked hard as a soldier during the day, he also made connections with criminals to fill his pockets.
Outcomes:
1. Harvey can take bribes (up to 100k) and request guns, ammo, or other illegal items as bribes.
2. Harvey can lie about requesting a lawyer, lie about identification, or refuse to show any identification to suspects or lawyers.
3. Harvey can disrespect anyone as gang members do. (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
4. Harvey can try to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) and can break it for his safety (/do breaks bodycam, two times per situation).
