Life Story:
Elliott grew up in London, he came from a very poor family. Elliott always wanted to be a police officer when he grows up so when he turned 18 he booked a flight to los Santos to join the police academy. When got the the city of los Santos he didn't have many friends but put up with it to make his dreams a reality, Elliott was staying in a hotel for a couple months working a low paying job every night just to afford to buy an apartment he could call home. After months of struggle Elliott bought his first apartment and for the first time since he moved to los santos his life felt great.
Carer Story:
Elliott started his career at the Los Santos police department where he joined as a rookie, with something to prove to himself and a desire to serve his community. The first months were full of excitement and pride. He received extensive training in everything relating to the law, the job, and the responsibilities that came with it. After finishing his training Elliott transferred to the San Andreas Highway Patrol and carried on his career in law enforcement. As he gained some experience in the job, Elliott began to notice the bad side of the force. Corruption became an open secret spoken about in the lunchrooms. It wasn't long before he had seen first hand, officers accepting bribes or turning a blind eye to drug use. And with a heavy realization, he knew the pressure of it all would eat away at him as time went on; it had become so frequent that he started not to see the issue with it all. (edited)

1- Elliott can lie about requesting a lawyer, lie about identification/not to show any identification to any suspect/lawyer/State Employee (FIB, EMS, GOV, LSPD, SAHP, NG).
2- Elliott can take bribes (up to $100,000 and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe
3- Elliott can destroy devices such as body cams and radios and can find hidden ones with (/try command 2 times per situation)
4- Elliott can leak information to criminals in exchange for money or favours.
5- Elliott can start Prison break (Not random, only with darknet task or USB).
6- Elliott can do criminal activities. For example, go to the ghetto and ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use any type of illegal items and weapons. ( no ORG gears included )
7- Elliott can beat up prisoners ( not to death ) if they make him angry ( with rp reason
