2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization? ( list three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to be leader of the Federal investigation bureau because, I now believe I have more than enough experience to lead a prestigious organization like the FIB. I have been leader of two terms previous which are National Guard and San Andreas Highway Patrol. I have worked my way up within FIB by holding a deputy position in the previous term and I personally believe I held the position to a higher standard.
2.2 While being deputy I have learned some things I never knew before, I plan on using the knowledge I know now to make FIB thrive better than it has been in the past. In tommy slaters term I went from Secret Agent after being the UnderSheriff of SAHP while climbing the ranks all the way to Head of Department of Spec Ops. I left FIB for Sheriff of SAHP where I led one of the best two terms if not the best while holding SAHP to a higher standard that previous stints, After SAHP I left for a few months to come back in jay jodds terms as 00 Agent where I did what was needed of me until I was offered CoS of Spec Ops and gained a lot of experience. I was graciously offered Deputy Director in Mike Whites term learning more of how to lead and when things should be done. I have held high ranking position in all legal organizations which are as follows, CoS in LSPD, CoS in GOV, General in NG and Sheriff in SAHP, with all that I have done and experienced I believe I have more than enough experience to now lead FIB.
2.3 Lastly, I have at times saw favoritism ruin organizations, I personally do not and will not tolerate any within my term. I will attempt to prevent this by only hiring trusted and well-known people into High command positions and will only promote agents who deserve to move up the ranks by showing their activity and dedicate their time within FIB. If I see anyone showing favoritism there will be repercussions up to dismissal from FIB.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I plan to have SFT and all the other organizations special department have training within the National Guard base to tone up on there skills within situations, rather it be a fake Fort Zancudo raid or a fake store robbery so that we as Leos know how to react to any situation that may be thrown our way.
3.2 I will continue to implement LI into FIB with giving interviews to myself, deputies and/or any agent within FIB to see how they are holding up or enjoying FIB as it stands.
3.3 I plan on having EMS respond to most if not all stores, hostage situations and/or events. With them being more involved I believe that RP as a whole will thrive and be better, to also include them more I will ask for a department checkup two times a week.
3.4 Organization relations has always been a huge part to any orgs success, rather it be internal or external. I believe that all orgs should work together and have more than one meeting a week to express there differences, To help the internal org thrive I will host competitions to keep the agents within FIB happy with money and or promotions for helping FIB as a whole.
