Life Story:
Carlos Bloomfield Born in the royal city of Punjab known as patiala. She was born in a lower middle class family. She always used to admire the training of Army officer which was conducted every day in Army Recruitment centre next to her house and always dreamed to become a Army officer. One day when she was returning from her school she saw her Father being harassed by corrupt Officer This incident sparked hunger for justice in her and due to his she got to know what power can do. When she turned 5 years old she came to Los Santos in hope to earn money to support her family as they were in a lot of debt. Her first 6 month was very hard she had to do odd jobs to earn a living but after someting she got into the National Guard and completed the Dream of becoming a Army officer. She climbed the rank easily due to her dedication and hard work.But One day she got the news that her father died and she left her position in National Guard and went back to Patiala After some times she returned to Los santos but she was at very terrified because now she was had to take care of her family. One of her friend Who used to Work In SAHP offered her the possition of HOD because of her experience But at that time SAHP had low funds and she was unable to pay for her expenses. After that She decided to take another path into the dark side of the world.
Career Story:
Carlos Bloomfield started his career at the age of 6 because of her family situation. She joined the National Guards. and completed her long childhood dream of becoming a soldier. she grew in ranks and was about to become a Highcommand but one day she got a call from her mother that her father had died. She had to leave the National guard to go back to her mother for funeral ceremonies. After some time she came back to Los Santos and one of her friend offered her the position of HOD in SAHP. But at that time SAHP had low funds and she was unable to pay for her expenses. One day she saw a bad cop taking bribes from a suspect. At that she had a lot of debt. She started keeping an on That Bad cop and got to know that the information is power. she started making connection both sides of the law. One day the bad cop noticed her and kidnapped her took her into woods and injected the truth serum and got to know the intention of her was not to Expose him. He became her mentor had taugh her the art of bodycam tampering and showed her her black market works. After spending time she joined the Army again. Now Authorities was like a game of her.
Outcomes
1-Carlos can execute the suspects to prevent leaking corruption if he cant make deal with suspects.
2-Carlos can sell or use guns he picked up from the ground even if it was illegal in the black market
3-Carlos can arrest someone on fake charges if he severely dislikes them or for revenge (within sufficient RP reasons)
4-carlos can disrespect anyone as gang members do. (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
5-Carlos can help people escape jail, take bribes(Up to 100k).
6-Carlos does not show his id as he wish on duty.
7-Carlos can break bodycam ( by using /try 2 times per situation)
8-Carlos can do illegal activities while he is off duty Like. entering ghetto alone and taking part in criminal act with his family, ensuring his identity is concealed.
