Ban for OOC Insult | Ashok Demon
1. Your in-game nickname:
(Kyle XoXo)
2. Administrator’s nickname:
Ashok Demon
3. Date & time of the penalty:
(19/2/2025)
4. The essence of the complaint:
I received a 7-day ban for violating Rule 3.1 (OOC Insulting) after I told a player "sharmota" after he said "harah" when they were speaking Arabic in the green zone. While I understand my mistake, I believe the punishment was excessive because:
Rule 3.1 states that the punishment can be either a mute (180 minutes) OR a ban (up to 7 days). I was immediately given the maximum punishment without any warning or mute.
The players who were speaking Arabic in the Green Zone (which is also a rule violation) were not punished for insulting.
I request a fair reconsideration of my punishment, as a mute or a shorter ban (e.g., 1-3 days) would have been more appropriate.
A reduction of my ban to a more reasonable duration or a mute instead of a ban.
Consistent enforcement of rules for all players, including those who violated the Green Zone language rule.
