PURPOSETo streamline the judicial process, ensuring swift and fair access to justice for all. To strengthen accountability measures that protect the integrity of the legal system and prevent abuse. To promote freedom of expression while maintaining public order and prohibiting hate speech. To encourage active engagement with citizens and state organizations, creating a transparent, responsive government driven by collaboration and trust.
CAMPAIGN PROMISES1. Strengthen Freedom of Speech While Ensuring Public Order
We commit to enacting the Freedom of Speech Clarification and Anti-Provocation Act. This legislation will protect every citizen’s right to express themselves—even with strong language—while ensuring that hate speech, incitement, and derogatory slurs are strictly prohibited to maintain respect and order.
2. Implement Mental Trauma Certification (MTC) for Legal IntegrityWe will introduce a Mental Trauma Certification (MTC) process to ensure that any citizen filing mental trauma claims undergoes a thorough EMS evaluation. This will prevent abuse of the legal system, protect genuine claims, and ensure fairness and accountability for all parties involved.
3. Guarantee Fast and Fair JusticeOur administration will prioritize swift justice by streamlining legal processes, reducing delays, and ensuring that every case is handled efficiently. We are dedicated to providing every citizen with fair and timely access to justice without unnecessary bureaucracy.
4. Foster Active Citizen and Organizational EngagementWe will create a more interactive and transparent government with open communication channels for citizens and state organizations alike. Through regular Events and rapid-response mechanisms, we will remain receptive to suggestions and ensure that every concern is addressed promptly and meaningfully.
