1. Why do you want to become an Assistant admin ?
I have spent roughly the past 3 years in the city, became leader twice, learnt how the city works, how to avoid rule breaks and so on. I've learnt many different lessons within the city and made many new friends as well. I have or at least feel like I've done most things as a player in the city, now I want to become part of the admin team and explore new things, and try to make the server more enjoyable for players by dealing with rule breaks and so on.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
SAHP: Sheriff, Undersheriff, COS, HOD, DA.
LSPD: COS/DA, HOD, DHOD, TFO.
GOV: Governor, DCJ.
FIB: COS, 00, DHOD.
Bloods: Underdeputy.
Marabunta: Underdeputy.
3. What are your strengths?
I'd say that my strength is probably my willingness to learn and try to improve things, even as a person. I've always tried learning on how to do things better, suggesting new ideas, innovating roleplay with trying out different situations, trying and encouraging other players to try and be immersed in the roleplay situations. I've always been a devoted learner and have always been willing to learn and ask questions on how to do things and their reasonings for it.
4. What are your weaknesses?
My biggest weakness is probably avoiding conflicting emotions in things like roleplay situations. Although I am and will continue to work on it, I find myself struggling to keep emotions in balance when in a roleplay situation, I do try to think logically and calmly in situations but in a more stressful or chaotic environment, I find myself struggling with it.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by Being Assistant ?
I can bring my communications and general knowledge of the server, along with my previous experience in state organizations and leader to the admin team, suggesting ideas and advising people on the things that I struggled upon myself, helping them with the things that I find as a challenge for the general player base and organization members.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
No, no IRL issue or situation that is preventing me from being active at the moment.
8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
Evident through my old punishment history, I'd like a chance to prove myself as a member of the admin team, I've always been a learner and sought to improve myself and seek new chances when they present themselves. I've always asked questions and asked for ways to improve the way I do things, I do love the server and would like a chance to improve it by doing a good job as part of the admin team.
