2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization? ( list three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 After all this experience that I gained with the government and all other organizations, I have always aspired to work more than that, and I chose FIB. I have always wanted to manage business there and have things run under my command. I am a person who loves this profession, and I want the city to be clean and free of criminals.
2.2 As I said, I gained long-term experience with organizations. I worked with LSPD and I was working seriously. I even went through all the ranks, starting from the lowest rank to the highest rank. After that, I went through SAHP and did not work there much because I had several health problems and had to take a break for a period of time. But when I came back, I applied to the government, and here I am back and the seriousness has returned with me because at this stage I learned a lot about it and gained experience that I had never learned before, and all of this was in Way to be The city is a cell of crimes and for the safety of citizens, and here I am now applying to leader of fib because I aspire to something more than this.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I have always wondered why we do not have a doctor with us on some missions. The EMS organization must send some doctors to the missions carried out by FIb or any other organization, and this helps improve role playing. If only one person from the EMS can revive the dead and look at the health of the units, this will be very good for the safety of the units, and it will be a beautiful step to improve role play.
3.2 With my work in organizations, I have seen that there is not much communication between the organization and the second organization. This reduces the efficiency of work. Each organization must at least support any other organization that faces problems in its work process or in the way it moves in the city.

MY DEPARTMENTS UNDER MY TERM : Each Department will be allocated to special officers who have better experience in the department. Everyone will be getting their ranks based on their interviews. Without interview there will be no rank provided. And there will be special training program alloted for who Is new to FIB. because there will some difference from other organisations to FIB. How it works and what to do will be trained there.
