2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 - the main reason why i want to be the leader of this specific organisation is because this is the first gang i joined and i had many experiences in the gang also ive observed many things gangs make as i am a sahp hod while and rp situations i also learned many things and i will make sure that all the gang members will get what they need from bonuses to better experience in the city like i had.
2.2 - ill make sure that ill not let the gang be inactive ill do whatever it takes to make the gang active ill personally take interviews and make a good rank system so everyone in the gangs get the rank they deserve and make sure any of my gang member does not break the rules of the city and follow all the rp rules.
2.3 - ill make the gang the TOP gang in the city
whether its clands its turf ghetto control or anything ill do daily highway robbery and store robberies and other events so the gang members does not get bored my goals will be ghetto control and successfull robberies.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 - ill be providing all the legal organisations an opportunity to try new rp situations as well and make sure all my members atleast know the basic rules of the server and they do not break any rules
3.2 - ill be creating such hostage situations and other situations so that people can get new opportunities to experience the roleplay situations.
3.3 - ill be making some criteria for example only the people who know the basic rules of the server are invited in the gang and also ill try to take there interview personally but if i am not available ill be appointing deputies to take there interview and manage the gang while im not available the deputies will be trusted people.
+ i have some past experience too for example :
hod in sahp
rank 8 in vagos
also i was in lspd as senior officer
and i understand all the rules and regulations of the city
