As you were a long fight with the leos,Its pretty logical that we will fight back.I know you got hit by the car as it was fast and at the time you were shooting at my colleague as well.and its clear in the pov that you will not killed by the car.Even through i didnt hit you intentionally but yeah it makes sense at the time

It has nothing to do with lspd here, even if there is a possibility of killing you because you hit and knocked the person down, you disrupt that possibility, even if you did it wrongly, you should have waited for him to get up from the ground.

Just think like a real life scene,A criminal is shooting your coworkers at the middle of the road and you have a car and you pushed the criminal to stop the shooting and you fight back,If i ram him again and again without any sense thats a violation

You are intially knocked by the blue/silver car which then also hits the police car that is speeding round the corner, due to the speed of the car, you may have not rendered on his screen until the very end when he trys to stop, i dont see intentional CR
