Liam Hili’s life started in the dark, old, and scary neighbourhoods of Maryland, United States. His mom was an addict, and his father was a gangster who taught Liam the ways of the streets. While growing up Liam did hundreds if not thousands of crimes that would have him in a chair. The ever growing worry that he would be caught had led him to slowing down, and relaxing. Though with poverty and drugs being a main part of his life growing up, he ultimately had to speed things up again. After Liam had hit 20 years old, he had grew some common sense, and with his riches from his history of crimes he decided to turn. Liam had turned a new leaf, wanting to make a change in life, and had joined the FIB to prevent those crimes he had once committed.

After joining the FIB as a rookie, Liam had started to learn the ways of bringing good to the world instead of ending other’s. Through the FIB, Liam had earned respect, though his old ways ultimately brought him to spiral into corruption, turning back into what he once always was, a gangster. Though Liam with his expertise being under the radar managed to stay undetected in the FIB while earning thousands from illicit bribes, turning his eye to illegal operations, and giving out classified information to gang leaders he knew. With Liam’s corruption came suspicion from the higher ups, but all their issues were solved from paying the internal affairs leader off for $1,000 a month.
Outcomes:

2.Liam can deny to show his Identification to protect his identity and privacy;
3. Liam can falsely claim that he has requested an attorney or deny their presence;
