Hello dear founders and administrators, last month I faced a permanent ban and at that moment I was very upset and didn't know what to do. I used to play this game 7-8 hours a day and the game literally took a beautiful place in my life and I miss this game very much. I realize my mistake. When I first started the game, unfortunately I didn't know the rules and opened multiple accounts. I am very upset about this situation. I have been playing this game for 2-3 years and I miss my friends, family and everything in the game very much. Please give me a chance to lift my permanent ban. Please, I beg you.
