I have filled a complaint in forums against 2 guys from DOC who cuffed me while running but it got rejected by Vick Klauss for the reason not complying to their orders, i'm filling this complaint because in that POV it clearly show's that they cuffed me while i'm running, not complying to them is IC issue and they can put me in isolation for that but i kept the thread for Power Gaming because they cuffed me while i'm running and it got rejected for the reason not complying to their orders and he mentioned that he didn't see any power gaming in that POV, even if they taze me the shock just lasts for few seconds but i'm running after it got stopped.
