The dude told me I shot someone in their HQ, I admit I did shoot someone on the border of their HQ, due to them shooting out of their HQ, once we realized we were too close to their HQ we started to pull away, which is when we were still fired upon, and some of us shot back to defend ourself, I told the admin, I only shot because I was shot at. He didn't care so.

It is also my first ever punishment, I understand my faults but issuing me a warning on my first time spoken to seems too extreme.
