2 This was my first gang when I get in the los Santos City (vagos) I will make sure that when leos see vagos in doing store robbery,fz raid ,gun store robbery or subs They should have some fear to fight with vagos members or enter and I have spent my most of the time in the vagos only 2.2- I have much experienced to now lead this gang and I have 2 experienced Deputy and Under Deputies Who can help me to operate this org and In my past experience I have seen that rules where broken by the high commands ,they know only basic rule of the city so these things will be not be tolerated any more and I will hire 2 deputy from defferent time zone so that vagos can we most active gang in the whole 2.3- I will make a meeting among the gang members in every 3 days and weekly meetings for HC In the meeting they will tell me what that have done I these days and where they need help in there sessions we will tell the some more rules to them or we will clear they doute if they are confused inany rule by this way we will hardly get the warning on the gang because no one will do rule break.
3 The first thing i will do to improve the rp will be to reduce the toxicity between the gangs by explaining my gang members to avoid the toxicity and play the rp without hearting anyone which will definitely improve the rp I will give max bonuses to my gang members so that they can show their interest in gang actives as well as the new players will get financial help to get stabled in the server. I will try my best to increase the bonus for those who participate more in gang events which automatically make the gang active as well as the rp will be improved and while doing rp with the leos like in store , hostage situations, Fz robberies, subs , vehicle theft etc there would be a equal fight with each other other which will eventually make fun and interest of peopel while attending gang events. For improving the rp more i will try my best to hire the people who are experienced and know how to do a perfect rp so that there would be no rule breaks and there will be a minimum recruitment to hire people and also i will keep well experienced deputies who can handle the gang in my absence and there would be no issue with my gang members in my absence because my deputies would also solve the problems
My goals for vagos 1 Most active in ghetto and highway robbery without any rule break 2 Maximum activity and numbers in Clands 3 100% porformance
