Hello dear Lebron,
I am submitting this request for a Leader Unblacklist following the unjustified blacklist and the lack of professionalism shown by El Dean.
During my leadership at the GN, from December 5, 2024, to January 1, 2025, I had to alert the Admins about a suicidal person IRL. Regardless of any solution I could have used to remove them from the organization, they would have committed suicide.
I contacted El Dean and El Rick to be able to end my leadership with a valid reason (1.1 Leader), knowing that my mental health had been impacted by this person and other events within the organization. However, the only response I received from El Dean was: "You are the GN Leader, it's up to you to manage your organization." Yet, as mentioned above, any action I would have taken against that person would have led to their suicide.
At the end of this ordeal, I realized that I should have followed the relevant advice from El Connor, who had asked if I wanted to take over the Life Lead, knowing that I was Life Deputy before applying for and obtaining the GN Lead.
For confidentiality and audio rights reasons, I can only share an audio recording of the suicidal person with you (Lebron).
I am very grateful for the opportunity I was given when I became GN Leader, considering I was previously Blacklisted Leader for "Toxicity + Admin Insults." However, my experience at the GN was the worst I've had on the server since March 2023, mainly due to that disruptive individual who constantly prevented me from doing my job. Apparently, I had "stolen" the position from someone else who was well-liked by the organization, which led the entire organization to turn against me. Yet, I couldn't fire the entire organization, as it would have been poorly received by the Curators and the suicidal person.
