OK, Pablo ill take your words that if detainee asks for private lawyer after department, we have to call it for detainee BUT what in that situation the State lawyer replied the department ? What happens when the both lawyer came at DOC ? I would be scolded by state attorney right ? so, the detainee should tell me before right ?

That situation is totally different what you have mentioned from what actually happened in this situation
In this case there was no reply from DOJ. If lawyer would have arrived then the situation was different​
