Life story
Andrew was born in Los santos but his hometown was INDIA . From a very much young age he was found with anger issues . He used to become anger on a small things and was famous for being short tempered He made many new friends and one of them was Alexa and he became Andrew’s best friend they both were always together soon child hood friends grew up and they joined state organization and they wanted to start their own era in the state side . They both joined together but after sometime Andrew left alexa alone in the state orgs . Once Alexa spotted Andrew in a gang which was the los santos vagos .
After seeing Andrew in vagos alexa became totally shocked while on the other side Andrew was enjoying being in the gang and made many new friends and names were Ext rush , mascot mafia , Alan federal and many more . Since then Andrew participated in gangster activities like hostage situation , store robbery , taking hostages etc after gaining much experience of gangs Andrew left the gang . After that Andrew went back to Alexa and requested to forgive him after 2 days finally alexa forgived Andrew and told that he has become the high commands of all legal orgs In past and will now soon become deputy chief of police in LSPD after hearing this Andrew became too much happy for alexa and soon his best friend alexa got the term . Andrew also joined the police department and was working hard . Finally 1 day alexa offered Andrew to become the ACP of the TEU department as Andrew was hard working . But Andrew was a gangster so he wanted to start corruption and wanted to always leave his old friends of gangs if they are being arrested
Outcomes:
1- Andrew can become leo/citizen hostage for money (max 100k)
2- Andrew can easily land helicopters in conjested areas and can also fly heli in very professional manner
3- Andrew can easily drive sedan and SUV off road without breaking UB driving
4- Andrew can always carry hidden radio with him 24/7
5- Andrew can offer to provide information to Illegal organisation and legal organisation about each other for bribes
6 - .Andrew can carry a hidden, waterproof ballistic camera in his belt 24/7 & doesn’t need to refresh it and doesn't need to use /turns on bodycam command. the footage is uploaded to a personal server in real-time using the internet. If he dies, his lawyer can access the footage and use it to build a case file against the murderer
7 -Andrew can recognize anyone by their cloths & voice (Will not break MG, by taking look at ID).
