Life Story:-
Rocky Fury was born in 2005 in a small village named Marayoor, Kerela. His Father runs a small cycle repair shop in the village and his mother used to work in other's household as a maid. Once night his mother met an accident and was hospitalized. As his family financial condition was not good enough, his father cannot afford his mother operation charges and she passed away. At the age of 12, Rocky Fury lost his mother. That day he decide that he will study hard, work hard and be successful in life and become a Pilot.
At the Age of 18, for further studies he decided to leave his home town and move to Los Santos. He applies for study loan and after getting the loan money he came to Los Santos. He took admission in Los Santos International University for further study. In college, he made his 1st new friend named Nuresu Rathod, who taught him the life style of Los Santos. Gradually both of them then came to know about Drugs Dealing. After 2-3 weeks they both joined the most brutal Gang in Los Santos named The Ballas.
Career Story:-
Rocky Fury started his career as a gang member of Ballas and use to do all gangs activity. After some days, as he is a quick learner, he learned everything about gang and become a renowned gangster and gained all the trust of his gang leader. One day, his leader give him a big assignment of Drug Dealing. He took the deal and was on his way to Sandy Shores. On his way to Sandy Shores his was caught by a corrupt officer of LSPD and it causes him and his gang a big loss. Then he decided to Join Leos and make a big plan with his gang leader to become a corrupt officer and help his gang.
After all this, Rocky Fury clears the entrance exams and join LSPD as a Trainee, 1st it was getting hard but as time past Rocky completed his training phase and become a petrol officer. But this Rank was not enough for him to pass on the necessary Information to his gang as he was not getting enough Information for his gang. Then he work hard In LSPD, learn all the stuffs and gets promoted week by week and one day he become a Staff Sergeant In LSPD. Now he was able to get all the necessary information for his gang. Then he became a Corrupt Officer in LSPD.
Rocky Fury was doing well in his life being an officer but deep down he was not happy enough as somewhere he had some interest in Aviation from his childhood. So he decided to take Transfer in National Guard (NG) and join Air Force there to become a Fighter Pilot. Then he took his transfer and work hard to become a become Lt. Colonel. Before taking Transfer he left all his illegal contact with gangs but one day his Ex-Gang leader again contacts him and offers a good sum of money for passing all information of NG. As Rocky has suffer a lot in his childhood he accept the offer and again started leaking information. And this is how a corrupt LSPD officer who decided not to be in corruption again before taking transfer to NG, again he become a Corrupt Solider.
Outcomes:-
1 - Rocky can take bribes (up to 100k) and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as a bribe.
2 - Rocky can lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
3 - Rocky can smash and break bodycams. (/try 2 times per situation)
4 - Rocky can intimidate/torture people on duty if they don’t want to follow his demands. (No killing).
5 - Rocky can leak or get any information from anyone for money. (No OOC information)
6 - Rocky can do criminal activity, for example, go for ghetto clapping and use illegal stuff.
7 - Rocky can disrespect anyone as gang members do. (Keeping in mind toxicity, G.R 6.10 and 6.19)
8 - Rocky can detain anyone that he wants (including LEOs, with RP reason and IC reason to arrest/detain).
9 - Rocky can buy and sell guns from the black market. (No ORG gear)
10 - Rocky can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
