Q ) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons
with an explanation)*
1) I want to be the leader of the Vagos Gang
Because I have much experience in the gangs. Recently I was the High command of the ballas gang. So from that I had gain so much knowledge about the gangs.
2) Now I think that I am well prepared for the leadership of gang. After taking the knowledge of gangs. I think that it’s the time to step up and working as a leader of Vagos.
3) I’m in this city since 6-7 months and when i had came. I have seen that the Vagos Gang is the most active gang in the city. When I was working as the Leo in this city I had seen that the vagos doing global situation, FZ raid, etc events daily. I had seen the most active gang in this city. Now i think that i am the enough capable to handle the leadership of the Vagos. And it’s the time to step up for me and gain more experience as the leader.

MY ADVICE TO IMPROVE
ROLEPLAY
1) 100% turfs.
2) Making the VAGOS most active gang in the city.
3)100% capture in ghetto as well as gang.
4) No toxicity in the gang.
5) Giving the ranks with no partiality and no favouritism.
6) Choosing the best deputy who can handle the gang in absence of me.
7)Making the global situations on the daily basis without breaking any rules.
