Approved Violation of G.R 6.5 & G.R 6.12

I, Biochemist Lord Ryx (288426), was on medrun with SMP SMK San (378355) when a taxi driver suddenly began harassing us and using offensive language while my bodycam was off. I immediately activated my bodycam to document his subsequent actions, at which point he opened fire on us, violating G.R 6.5 and G.R 6.12.
