2) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
• I want the be the leader of the ballas gang because i have much experience about the gangs. Recently i have worked as the High Command of ballas gang. From that i have gained so much experience about the gangs.
• Now i think that i am well prepared for the leader of the gang. I have also worked as Leo. So now this the time to make more experience in the gangs and as i said i had work the as Hight command of the Ballas gang. Now i think that i am capable to take the leadership of the ballas gang and now it’s the time to step up for me as a leader of ballas.
• I’m in this city since 6-7 months when i had came in this city. I had observed that the Ballas is not that much active and i want to make this gang most active in the city.When i was a Leo i had observed that the ballas is not doing that much global situations. This time i have an opportunity to take leadership of this gang and make this gang most active gang in the city.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
MY ADVICE TO IMPROVE ROLEPLAY
1) 100% turfs.
2) Making the Ballas most active gang in the city.
3) 100% capture in ghetto as well as gangs.
4) Giving the ranks with no partiality and no favouritism.
5) No toxicity in the gang.
6) Choosing the best deputy who can handle the gang in absence of me.
7) Making the global situations on the daily basis without braking any rules.
