Dear Bobby, Floki or Adham sir,

As i got Ban for GR 1.9. At that time i didn't many things as i was new in the game. As i keep playing my second id so i got to get some knowledge now But i want to continue playing with my main ID. So i would like you guys will help me with it. I also accept a wipe out if its possible to do.
