Hello, I was at the beach gym doing BP task when this player ID 230851 driving the green neon vehicle was scoping out my uninsured car for a while which was parked very clearly in green zone, then decided to start ramming it. Then he goes and gets his friend ID 230312 in the blue Lambo who also rammed it a bunch of times. They kept coming back and ramming it farther and farther out of zone. This was all in attempts to steal vehicle from illegal area. After over 10+ minutes of this ramming nonsense I decided to leave city for the night and will come back tomorrow to finish task. Unfortunately players like this try to ruin experience for others. I have no problem with them stealing cars just do it fairly and not by performing extremely UB actions and breaking rules for quick cash... All proof is in provided (3) POV's below. Thank you for your time and assistance on this matter.
(Sorry for the background noise in this vid as I was talking to my roommate OOC.. Anyway in this POV at :02 seconds you can see where my car was originally parked. Then at :36 seconds ID 230851 rams my car 1st time. And then a second time before driving off.)
POV #1 :
(In this POV you can see ID 230851 has come back and came in gym pretending to work out maybe to see if i was paying attention? then he leaves again.. And at 01:53 you can see him and his friend ID 230312 pulls up in blue car. He gets out to check my car, then gets back in his car and rams mine in 3 more times farther out of GZ. At 03:12 you can see he also enters the gym and pretends to work out the same as his friend did)

(In this POV you can see ID 230851 final attempt in the green car to ram my vehicle out of GZ by coming flying down the path next to the gym and ramming my car head out at decent speeds. at this point I had had enough of their actions and decided to go to bed and come back to gym tomorrow to finish task.)
