My laptops cooling fan was damaged and I couldn't play any heavy game for a long time. Yesterday I repaired my laptop and today morning I upgraded server assets and tried to log into my account and saw I am banned.
Firstly I don't even know what I did wrong. So I contacted my family member and heard that it was for a channel and had to do something with treasure map.
The point is it happened while my laptop was damaged and I didn't even log into the game in that timeline, also I hadn't collected a treasure in last 6 month and didn't even try to find one. I was more of a fossil collector and loved to roleplay in FIB, NG for most of the time and I didn't even know what was going on the Hashira Familys discord server (Because my laptop was not fine and I don't use discord on my phone).
Therefore, I am respectfully requesting you to withdraw the punishment as I didn't do anything wrong. Also please don't wipe my account. Those were earned with very hard grinding. (even I remember grinding while I was on 101 degree Fahrenheit fever.)
