Life story :
Sam Williams was a nice boy when he was at pupil age he lost his father in a tragical gang raid Sam and his mother got traumatized and Sam grew up and started his studies at high school but due to financial issues he left high school and started working at dept collecting with the help of his uncle rudra Chauhan for this he left india and came to Los Santos Where his uncle rudra Chauhan met him with a family called OG Thugs days gone up where Sam grew young but his friendship was with some gangster boys where he joined their gang in the while he remembered that his dream was to become a Law enforcement officer so with some influence he joined SAHP in mickeys term where he got an brother Bad devil and started his journey but he left SAHP and joined Government while Zoro was governor where he met a person Devan Sheikh who was DOT minister on that time he made him director of DOT due to his hard work From there started his life.
Career Story:
Sam joined SAHP and started to help civilian and arrested criminals . Days passed after joining Government he started doing tax works and audits of state and buisness .
after that joined LSPD where in a store robbery he met his old frnd who was gang members from that day Sam started to help his friend from that he joined FIB as a Junior agent and started to work as normal with some criminal mind after the information reached to FIB deputy Director of this matter Sam put Resign and joined SAHP of Gagz leadership from here he started to think doing criminal activities for money and for his Wife
Outcomes:
1. Sam can carry his Id from locker and the radio off duty .
2. Sam doesn't follow the 10-15 process showing Id or reading Miranda rights.
3. Sam can pickup illegal guns and can carry on duty ( but can't pickup while on active gunfight).
4.Sam can make criminals to drop their guns or illegal items and keep for self use or sell it in the black market ( not SAHP Stuff).
5. Sam can help criminals to do jail breaks in exchange of money upto (100k) and can take contracts from darknet.
6.Sam can take bribes to release criminals or suspect and also become hostage (upto 100k).
7. Sam can search and can break suspects bodycam by using ( /try commands for 2 times per situation or /do commands ).
8. Sam Can help his friends or family members by manupulating or telling lie to other officers in some type situations.
9. Sam can lie or pretend to be other by not revealing his identity to someone if needed.
10. Sam can carry a hidden , waterproof ballastic camera in his vest or in his sunglasses 24/7 and can refresh at certain situation ( if needed)
