1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I’ve spent a lot of time in RP, and now I want to shift gears to help improve the experience for others. As an admin, I’d be able to ensure the rules are followed resolve conflicts and maintain a fair and enjoyable environment for everyone. I’m passionate about the community and want to use my experience to make the server better not just for myself but for everyone who plays
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
I have held various positions in server 3 , including being a Assistant Admin, and working within LSPD, SAHP, and GOV. I haven’t been involved in any gangs or anything in this server, but my experience in law enforcement and government roles has given me a solid understanding of the city’s operations and the importance of maintaining order. These roles have helped me develop strong leadership and management skills, which I believe will be beneficial in an admin position
3. What are your strengths?
My strengths include strong communication, problem-solving skills, and leadership. I’m able to stay calm under pressure, which is essential for resolving conflicts or handling difficult situations
4. What are your weaknesses?
One of my weaknesses is that I can sometimes be too detail-oriented which can lead to me spending more time on tasks than necessary
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I bring strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills. My experience in law enforcement and government roles has taught me to enforce rules fairly and stay calm under pressure. I’m also detail-oriented and capable of multitasking, ensuring smooth operations and handling challenges effectively
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
I don’t currently own a business, so this wouldn’t be an issue for me. I’m fully focused on the responsibilities of the admin role and ready to dedicate myself to the team
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
As a doctor, my schedule can be demanding, but I’m able to manage my time and stay active when needed. I’m committed to fulfilling my duties as an admin and will ensure my responsibilities are met
