As seen on my POV, the clock shows XX:55 and XX:54 on his. Which is the reason i shot the person as there is a rule about solar panel raids regarding this. And i would like to add that the person who reported me doesn't record the screen fully and it is seen that he is recording via OBS, which is not allowed at all.
