As seen on my and my friends POV (he also opened a forum for this case, link: Approved - RDM | 112296 ) we are killing this person at XX.55, which we are allowed to because there are pannels. On the opposite side on the reporters POV it shows the time as XX.54 for some uncertain reason. (might be because he is altering the game for something)

I also would like to point out that the person who made the report isn't capturing their screen fully and is using OBS to record, there is a strict rule against it as it is possible for cheats to be hidden with OBS.

I would love this choice to be reconsidered.
