Hey, i didnt start inside the event just as you can see in the POV. Those fences behind me can be broken with a car and people can go to this position, there is any difference beetween me climbing that tubes before event started? this position where i started is OUTSIDE the zone and there is acess from outside circle. there are plenty people starting here every single bizzwar and informal and i never saw a single punishment.

1.18 It is forbidden to use places that cannot be accessed by foot or ladder when event already started and it is not allowed to use highground such as highways which are not accessible from inside the event once it has started. | Jail 120 min

Thats a place possible to be reached by foot if fences are broken, same thing in weapons factory where more than 20 people join inside event breaking those fences.
